Document Formatting FAQs

What will it cost?

There's a base cost of $NZ120 + GST per job. This covers the first hour, or part thereof, of formatting time. When we've clocked up 60 minutes, we charge a further $NZ30 + GST per 15 minutes, or part thereof. So that you know exactly what the cost will be, once you've sent through your document and we have a clear understanding of what you need us to do, we'll send you a quote. We won't start work until you accept our quote and give us the final go ahead.

How long will it take?

Once we have the final go ahead from you, we'll schedule the work to be completed as soon as possible. We'll give you an anticipated completion date based on the amount of work required. For your planning purposes, allow 5 working days. Don't be surprised, however, if you have the finished document back well before then!

This is urgent! I need it within 48 hours.

We'll do our best to meet your tight timeframe. If we need to reschedule work or work outside normal working hours in order to meet your deadline an additional urgent fee will be added to the quote.

There's something I don't like ...

It's really important that you tell us as much as possible about how you'd like the document formatted when you send it through to us. This can go a long way to making sure that you're happy with our work. Regardless, you'll have the chance to review the document before we finish the job. We'll send you a locked, watermarked PDF that you can print and review. Let us know any changes that you'd like us to make and we'll sort them out.

Does Cyberkeys proofread and edit the document?

No. It's best that you have the document proofread before you send it through to us. We will not make any changes to the content of your document.

The document contains sensitive information.

We will ensure that your document is secure whilst it is in our control. We will never share your information with third parties. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before we do any work for you.
